Lake Blanche Snowshoe - Mill B South
Went on a very fun snowshoe up the Mill B south drainage with Jason and Steph. The details of the trip are lost forever (RT time, etc). It was just over 6 miles round trip, as we went all the way past Lake Blanche, to Lake Lillian. Once reaching the apex of our journey we stopped, ate some food and took some pictures. It was at this time that I took my very popular (by those who know me anyway) Sundial Peak photo.
The way down was really fun, as we ran segments, sliding on the snow. Jason took some cool biffs. By the end of thw whole escapade his knees were hurtful, and the rest of us were just plain sore. New muscles get worked by snowshoeing, that's for sure.
